I’ve written an article for the Times about cooking apps for the iPhone. Read it here.

the ratio app by michael ruhlman and how to cookeveryhting by mark bittman are very good as well!
I have to add, my favourite cooking app (especially for vegetarian food or other dietary requirements) is the one by Whole Foods. Although I would change the layout a little, and would love voice activated page turning/scrolling, everything I have cooked from there is delicious! Plus it’s 100% free!!!
